The Watchmaker Foundation exists to alleviate the financial roadblocks that prevent talented individuals from sharing their gifts with the world. Too many creators — regardless of the depth of their talent or the value of their work — are held back simply because of circumstances beyond their control.
We believe that creativity is one of humanity's most essential qualities. Whether it manifests in music, literature, visual art, architecture, film, or craft, creative expression deserves to be nurtured — not quietly extinguished by financial hardship.

The Short-Film Biography
For every creator we sponsor, the Watchmaker Foundation produces a short-film biography — a tribute to their journey, their courage, and their creative life. These films are shared with the world so that the story of each creator lives on.
We believe the story behind the art is as important as the art itself. These short films capture not just what a creator makes, but who they are, what they've overcome, and why they keep creating.

Funding & Transparency
How We're Funded
The Watchmaker Foundation raises money in two ways: through sales of The Watchmaker novel, and through direct donations from supporters like you.
As a volunteer-run organization, we have no administrative overhead to speak of — which means 100% of funds raised are directed toward our creator sponsorship mission.
Donations to the Watchmaker Foundation are tax-deductible under our 501(c)(3) status.
